We will meet with you to learn what your business is about. We want to get a good understanding of what your goals are and how you plan to accomplish them. We will put together an accounting package that works with your plans for growth and success.

We will ask you a series of questions about your business’ financial status so that we may set up your account accurately.

We will pick up your source documents and your QuickBooks® file (if any); to setup your account. We can do all your accounting for you, we can work with you, or we can coach you on how to do your own accounting.

Once we have agreed on all aspects of your new accounting package, and we have received the initial setup fee; we will begin to handle your accounting and bookkeeping on a monthly basis.
After balancing your books at the end of every month, we will sit with you to discuss your financial situation and review the financial reports with you so that you begin to understand how the reports can help you make informed financial decisions.
How will my day-to-day operations be impacted?
The impact on the day-to-day operations is minimal. Once we have become familiar with your business and the company file is setup the process is straightforward.
We will pick up copies of your source documents every month. We will then update your files and on a monthly basis you will be provided with detail financial `statements and aging reports to help you manage your business more effectively. Remember, we will review all financial statements with you on a monthly basis!
